Paul J. Campson is an experienced trial lawyer who has successfully litigated personal injury cases on behalf of injured plaintiffs in supreme courts throughout New York, as well as in federal courts. Within Personal Injury, Paul is an experienced lawyer with lead and mold cases, abuse, motor vehicle accidents, and work injuries.
He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and he has written for legal publications such as “Trial Lawyers Quarterly” and “On The Case”. Paul was recognized for his pro bono work on behalf of the victims of 9/11 by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Trial Lawyers Care. Prior to his career in law, Paul was a member of the carpenters’ union (United Brotherhood of Carpenters)- experience and expertise that helped him become an expert within the fields of construction accidents and personal injury. In addition to handling many of his own cases, other lawyers often rely on Paul to try their tough cases; he is relied upon as the experienced trial attorney who can get clients the justice they deserve.
